Industries

One method. Made for what your industry protects.

A line that must keep running, a delivery date you promised, a pilot that has to reach the daily work. The engine is the same everywhere; what you protect, who decides and the proof are yours.

What changes in every industry

Know what you protect

Every Scan starts with the thing that must not stop: a line, a delivery date, a regulated service. Then it counts the days you have.

Owners, not dashboards

Every warning gets a named owner and a deadline. A tool that sees a risk nobody is bound to act on is a finding, not a control.

Proof the CFO signs

A value floor in your own numbers, signed before anything is built. Then scale or stop on what was measured.

What the engine shows, on companies we invented

The first two figures are computed by the engine on invented companies. The third is from the Catena-X State of the Network 2026 report. There are no client figures here because there are none to show yet.

Three companies, taken all the way through

Each one is invented and says so. Each one runs in the engine, end to end.

By industry

Each industry is a playbook: the same race and the same decision gate, in its own words. The badge says how far each one is proven.

What the Scan settles

  • An AI register, including the tools nobody approved
  • A preliminary AI Act class per use case; counsel decides
  • One pilot chosen by rule, with a value floor the CFO signs
  • Every condition from the CISO and legal turned into an owned control

One engine, three ways in

The Scan

Three weeks, four sessions, a fixed price by published rule between €15,000 and €25,000.

How pricing works

The Last Mile

The operating model and one pilot as one engagement, measured against the value floor your CFO signed.

See the offers

The engine

Register, race, decision gate and ledgers. Every figure from a rule, every decision a record.

What it controls

Why it holds up in a boardroom

It refuses to guess

A missing number stays missing and is named. Nothing is estimated to make a chart look complete.

Every figure has a source

Your register, a printed rule, or a report with its page.

People decide

No automatic supplier hold, payment stop or AI decision. The system prepares; a named person decides.

Decisions are records

Every signature, waiver and decision is added to a ledger and never overwritten.

Your data stays yours

One workspace per client. Nothing is pooled across clients.

Four languages

English, German, Spanish and French, the same on every screen.

Questions

My industry is not on this page.

Then the general AI Scan is the start. A new industry becomes its own playbook only after a paid Scan shows that it fits.

Is this an AI product?

It is a method with an engine. AI can shorten the days it takes to see a warning; a person always decides.

Do we need to be on Catena-X?

No. If you are, the Scan sits on top of it. If not, it works from the tools you run today.

What data do you need?

Your own register: critical suppliers or AI use cases, the tools that watch them, and who owns them. A spreadsheet is enough to start.

What does it cost?

The Scan has a fixed price between €15,000 and €25,000, set by ten published drivers. You see the rule before you sign.

Has this been used with clients?

Every case on this page is fictional and labelled so. Each industry shows how far it is proven, and that only changes with a paid Scan.

Start with what you protect.

A short self-check first. Then, if it fits, a fixed-price Scan with the people who can say no in the room.
