For partners

You sell the AI transformation. I take it the last mile.

For advisory firms, integrators and AI consultancies working with insurers, asset managers and banks in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Your clients’ pilots work in the demo. Getting one into the daily work — owned, governed and measured — is where many stall. That last mile is what I do, under your engagement, with you holding the client relationship.

The gap

Where engagements lose momentum

  • Nobody owns the result in the daily work.
  • Nobody signed what it is worth, so nobody can say it worked.
  • The CISO or compliance lead sees it late and says no.
  • Your team is booked on the next strategy or build, not on adoption.

What you get

A last-mile capability without building one

  • You keep the client

I work under your engagement and your agreements. The relationship, the account and the follow-on work stay yours.

  • An entry your client can approve

A three-week Scan at €15,000–€25,000, set by scope and fixed once quoted. It ends in a business case the client’s CFO signs.

  • Proof your team can reuse

Every number comes from a rule or a source, and every decision is signed. Your team can show the record in the next steering meeting.

  • Capacity, not headcount

Embedded delivery for the 90 days that take one pilot into the work, without you hiring or moving a team.

  • The method stays with your team

Your people work alongside me on the first engagement and run the method on the next.

Who I’m looking for

The partners I want to work with

Firms like these

  • Big Four AI and data practices in financial services
  • Mid-tier advisory firms with insurance or banking clients
  • Systems integrators running core or data modernisation
  • AI consultancies strong on technology, thinner on operating model

A fit if

  • You sell AI strategy, modernisation or data programmes to insurers, asset managers or banks.
  • You work with clients in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
  • Some of your clients’ pilots stall between the demo and the daily work.
  • You want to keep the client relationship and add delivery capacity behind it.
  • You are comfortable with outcomes a client signs — including a signed stop.

Not a fit if

  • You are looking for software to white-label or resell.
  • You want to resell days, not outcomes.
  • You need a result promised to a client before anyone has looked.
  • You have no financial-services clients yet.

How it works

Three steps, starting with one pilot

  1. 01

    A conversation

You bring one pilot that stalled or is about to. We look at it together and decide whether the Scan fits.

  2. 02

    The Scan, under your engagement

Three weeks with your client. It ends in a signed business case, or a signed stop.

  3. 03

    The last mile, then assurance

If the case holds, I embed for 90 days to take the pilot into the work. Assurance keeps it governed afterwards.

The Scan is priced from the published list. The last mile and assurance are priced on the scope the Scan finds. How we share the revenue is agreed per partnership, in writing, before the first client.

I’m a one-person practice and I have no references yet. The first engagements we do together become the first cases, written up only with the client’s permission.

Do we fit?

Three questions, an answer straight away
