What I do

I take AI from pilots into the work: redesigning the workflows it belongs in, agreeing who decides and who reviews, bringing the teams along, and governing it so it can scale — with every step recorded and signed rather than presented.

How I work

• Workflow first, tools second

  An agent on a broken process is a faster broken process. The work is redesigned before anything is bought.

• The model proposes, rules decide

  Numbers, prices and classifications come from rules that can be checked — never from a model’s guess.

• Signed records, not slides

  Each phase ends in a decision its owner signs. What is unknown is marked unknown.

• I say what is built and what is not

  Where something is still open, I say so before you find it.

What I have built

The engine behind this site: seven sessions, every number computed by rule, every decision signed. It is how I work, made visible — not a licence I sell.

My own products, named as mine wherever I recommend them: VoiceIDVault (voice and liveness verification) and VoiceCosmos.
